I just created a test user account, logged in as "test", and I don't see
an edit option either.  :-(  When you are logged on and looking at the
wiki page, you should see a row of tabs for contents, view, edit,
history, and backlinks.  Clicking on the "edit" tab will allow you to
edit the wiki page.

I had a previous wiki destroyed by wiki spam, so we tried to set this
one up rather securely.  Somehow we went too far.  I could have sworn it
was open to anyone who logged in, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

I'm looking into this now.  I'll let you know as soon as it is fixed.
