This adds "WebGUI" to the development plan.

This adds "RAS" (Remote Access Services) to the already huge list of
development plans:
* Schevo Core ( flexible OODBMS, currently in early stages )
* Schevo Data-Store ( allow binding of different storage solutions )
* Schevo Web-GUI (see above)
* Schevo RAS
* Schevo GUI (the traditional client GUI).
* ...

You should possibly reuse existing systems, like Zope/Plone.
Schevo has already some similarities with Plone:
