[Schevo-devel] development vs. announcement lists

With the impending beta release of Schevo 3.0, the rewrite that Schevo
underwent this summer and fall is definitely not an "experimental"
project any longer, so I am going to start posting development notes
to this list much more frequently.

To that effect, I created a Schevo users and Schevo announcement
mailing list for anyone who is interested in using Schevo's public
releases but don't necessarily want to be involved in the daily
minutae of Schevo's innards.
