Here's how you can install it. First, download this file to your computer.
(There is a way to install it from this location automatically, but I
couldn't get it to do that at the moment and I'm more interested in getting
this working for you :)

Next, if you have setuptools installed (likely, since you ran ez_setup
already) run this command:
easy_install Schevo-1.90-py2.4-win32.egg
If you do not have setuptools installed, just go to the top of your Schevo
trunk checkout, and run this command:
python ez_setup.py Schevo-1.90-py2.4-win32.egg
