[Schevo-devel] status update with schevo split

The packages have all been split out, and tests have been reorganized
and slightly refactored so that nosetests will run them all correctly,
despite the use of a namespace package.  (Fails miserably if tests are
contained within the schevo package hierarchy)

You can't yet use "python setup.py test", but you can do "nosetests -do
schevo" within a Schevo or Schevo-related package checkout dir.
