At first glance, this looks like it might be a problem with the
preferences file that the qt3 navigator uses to store table widths when
the --use-table option is activated.

The preference database should be located here on Windows XP systems:

c:\Documents and Settings\username\Application
Data\SchevoPrefs\qt3_navigator_preferences.db

It is safe to delete that file.  See if doing that gets rid of the error
you received.
