I've made some shotgun style patches against epydoc trunk (attached)  
and was able to get a full run.  Of course since docstrings aren't  
changed it had a bunch of formatting warnings, but no ugly failures- 
with-tracebacks.

See http://schevo.org/epydoc/html for output, and http://schevo.org/ 
epydoc/html.cmdline for the command line I used to run epydoc.

I don't know if the patches I made to epydoc broke anything  
significant, but I do know that when I run the doctests included with  
epydoc, the same five tests fail regardless of whether or not it's  
patched.
