[Schevo-devel] documentation and website synchronicity

I'd like the Schevo website to be directly useful for the most recent
release of Schevo, but also have historical documentation for
immediate past releases.

For that reason, I think it would be useful to have the following URL
hierarchies:

Releases:

   Final:
     http://schevo.org/Schevo/3.0
     http://schevo.org/SchevoGears/1.0

   Testing:
     http://schevo.org/Schevo/3.0b2
     http://schevo.org/SchevoGears/1.0a1

   Development:
     http://schevo.org/Schevo/3.0b2dev-r1994
     http://schevo.org/SchevoGears/

   Within each one:
     http://schevo.org/(product)/versions.html
list of all versions available on website for product

     http://schevo.org/(product)/(version)/
rest2web site for a version of the product

     http://schevo.org/(product)/(version)/dist/
distribution files (including third-party eggs and links to
third-party eggs)

     http://schevo.org/(product)/(version)/epydoc/
       epydoc output

We should be able to build the entirety of a http://schevo.org/
(product)/(version)/ website using one command invocation.

Top-level URLs:

   http://schevo.org/
rest2web site maintained for the entirety of the Schevo project
not pinned to any specific product or release

   http://schevo.org/products.html
     Links to each http://schevo.org/(product)/ page.
Preferrably also with a link to each of:
       http://schevo.org/(product)/(latest-final-version)
       http://schevo.org/(product)/(latest-testing-release)
       http://schevo.org/(product)/(latest-development-release)
